在大学期间，我学习成绩优异，同时也担任班级和学生会干部，四年大学很好的锻炼自己在组织协调，为人处事方面的能力，我的努力也得到了老师同学的肯定，多次被评为三好学生，荣获国家人民奖学金，毕业那年还被评为了校优秀毕业生。应用心理学专业学习，让我萌发了想要去帮助那些精神或者心理上有残缺的人们，我认为这样的工作有意义和价值。
20xx年我大学毕业参加工作，我通过考试在基层农村担任一名村干部，近四年的工作经验更加丰富了我的阅历，也成熟了我的心智，在工作上我认真踏实，积极进去，曾被评为镇优秀共产党员，浦东新区二次创业先进青年，镇杰出青年等。
我的兴趣爱好比较广泛，平时喜欢看书、旅游，性格开朗，随和，待人热情，办事认真，有耐心、责任心。我觉得这个性格比较适合成为一名特教老师。
成为一名特教老师，其实是我一直以来的心愿，当初报读心理学专业，我就希望自己能成为一个有意义的人，力所能及的去帮助那些残缺的天使。成为一名特教老师同时也能让我的专业学以致用，我不想让自己的所学荒废，我打算如果有幸成为一名特教老师后，在工作中不断巩固自己的专业，从而更好的服务于我的工作，帮助那些需要的人。
