运动能强身健体，增强抵抗力，提高个人的意志力，我最喜欢的运动是打篮球，每一次打篮球的时候，我都会大汗淋漓，但我并不觉得辛苦，有时候受点小伤我也忍着痛，具体打下去，为了学习打篮球，我还特意叫父母在暑假帮我报了培训班。在培训期间练习的过程中，我认真听从教练的教导，在中途休息的时候，我并没有停下来，继续在场上训练运球，投篮等基本动作。
看书能支持管饭丰富视野，提高个人的阅读能力，我觉得看书是一种乐趣，每一次看书的时候，我都会全神贯注，为了看更多的书，我还叫妈妈买了五个书架，这五个书架还放满了各种各样类型的书？我每天至少花两个小时以上时间来看书，有时候看晚了，爸爸妈妈叫我睡觉要叫上好几遍，我才肯放下书睡觉去，爸爸妈妈知道我喜欢看书，也非常支持我看书，每过一段时间，他们就会买一些新书给我看，而我也会迫不及待的去看。
玩游戏是我每天做完了自己全部的事情后，我的解放时间，爸爸对我说游戏虽然好玩，但不要沉迷，沉迷号就不是在玩游戏，而是游戏在玩你了，所以爸爸规定了我玩游戏的时间，但又不会完全不给我玩游戏。因为我要做家务事和学习表面。学习表现好才能积分玩游戏，所以我时该记住不让自己出错，有次我在玩游戏，爸爸从外面回来就骂我说热死人了，你这小子，风扇空调都不看，只顾着玩游戏，而我在一旁并没有听进去，因为我根本不知道热。
