转眼，一年又已是尾声，也总是试着回想着每一天的每一点。这一分分的时光，伴随着一点点真挚的付出，用汗水凝聚着这一年的光阴，体会的依然是一种成长的转变。
一月到十一月，每天的盘点，每天的进出货，每天的工作都细致到极处，力求达到一个完美。根据库区的实际情况，制定了自己的盘点计划，每天保证盘点400行以上，一星期内保证对库区所负责商品的全部盘点到位，将安全隐患降低到最小化，来保证库房商品的安全。库房工作，我认为最基础也是最重要的一项就是盘点。商品的安全，对商品型号的熟悉，对商品库存的了解以及商品码放的位置，都在盘点中得到实际收效。便于日常的商品发货核对，以及日常商品进货的合理码放。将盘点落实到实处，才是重中之重。
不管是平时的发货，还是厂家进货，退厂，滞销机的清理等等，都应根据流程去严格要求。我们需要在工作中找到一种合理的方法，我不是说我已经做到了什么程度，我只是在遵循这样的一种方式，努力地学习，努力地改进，努力地使自己的工作达到更高的要求。

五一促销前期，按时保证商品的正常入库，坚决落实收货标准，不良品绝对不允许进入库房，保证库房内商品的完好，从而更有效地控制残次品的生成。加班加点的不辞辛苦，来保证将每一件商品的顺利出库。
五一促销过后，是一种平淡，也是对日常工作的检验，我们一如往昔，在平淡中体现出一点真，用这一点真来体现出一种执着。这就是我负责的库房。
转眼间十一促销活动就开始了，这又是一次考验，而这样的考验在过去的一年中，这已经不是第一次了，我依然是那个我，还是那样的认真和负责，还是那样的严格要求。而十一的促销也算是历年来最累的，晚上九点下班，早上八点到岗，十一促销的十八天，折磨人，也锻炼人，所以这个十一，很累，但是我依然觉得，我又一次的证明了自己，我也许不是最强的，但是我还是那个很努力的我。
就是这样，十一促销过去了，迎来了十一月，十二月，还有未来的元旦。又还是一样的工作，就这样的，每一个循环之后的天黑，每一个循环之前的天明，在每一个天明与天黑之间，努力着，勤奋着。一年也就如此过来了。一年也就又到了此时，写总结的时候了，而我写了这么多，虽烦乱，但很真挚。
马上迎来的20xx年，我们要做的准备就是以同样的精神状态去迎接，还是那一如既往的态度，还是那样的自我完善，就这样的在属于自己的岗位上力求做出更多的价值。
所以根据以往的工作，制定以下几点计划：
一、对盘点进一步保持以往的风格，周详细致，求真务实。
二、在收货放面，更全面更细致，以及进货商品码放还需加大力度，克服一些不良因素带来的影响。
三、发货时严格验货，做到认真及时准确。
四、在库区卫生清扫方面，做到保证库区无杂物，商品码放整齐，型号与品牌归类还需要更细致。
五、对库房各项登记表做到及时填写，认真准确。
六、与同事搞好关系，做到团结同事，真诚相待，互帮互助。 七、积极配合安保对库房防火防盗方面的安全隐患进行排查。 八、对领导交予的各项工作，做到少言多做，任劳任怨，努力完成。 九、配合领导使物流的各项工作更上一个台阶。
以上便是我在20xx年的计划，而这些计划也许终将赶不上变化，但是我希望，我会用我的努力来应对未来发生的一切变故。我更希望未来的20xx年，有更好的发展和转变。而未来的一切，伴随我的，永远是我的努力和执着。
在新的一年里我将努力学习，增加物流知识，总结经验、克服不足、再接再厉、一如既往的做好我的本职工作，努力使我在库管员的位置上有更大的起色，与同事劲往一处使、心往一处想，不计较得失，只希望把工作圆满完成，决不辜负领导对我的信任和期待。这份库管员的职业是我人生很大的财富，我真心地感谢那些曾指导和帮助过我的领导和同事们，谢谢您们。
